Northern Lights Fitness & Nutrition focuses on client results by providing one-on-one personal training in a private studio combined with individualized meal plans designed to meet your goals. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced trainer or somewhere in between my decades of experience can help you get where you want to go. If you're new to fitness and find going to a public gym intimidating due to lack of knowledge or you're worried about being judged, a private studio provides an ideal solution. I'll teach you what you need to know to feel comfortable and confident working out on your own.
Training
At NLFN I provide individual, custom training plans designed to meet your goals. I have decades of experience and have worked with clients of all fitness levels. If you've never been to a gym before in your life I'll teach you the basics, focusing on proper exercise execution and safety. Together we'll find what works best for you. You'll learn what exercises target different areas of the body and understand why people have different problem areas. Any bat wing or bye bye arms ladies? Saggy pecs for you older guys? And for those advanced trainers I offer the opportunity to train with someone who's on their same level, who can push them through plateaus and achieve new personal bests. Together we'll smash your perceived limits using any intensity technique necessary; rest pause, chains, bands, drop sets, super sets, giant sets, static holds, negatives, etc.
Motivation
I check in with each client throughout the week to offer encouragement and motivation and make sure they stay on track. If you have a question I'm available by text, email or phone call. Care
I pride myself on the individual attention given to each and every client. Training and nutrition plans are unique to each person. This isn't just a job for me at a public gym where you're nothing more than a name in a time slot on the daily calendar. This is my business and my reputation on the line. If we only meet once a week, trust me, I'm still thinking about you on the other 6 days. I want to hear from you and know how things are going. Are there stresses in your daily life that are making staying on track challenging? Let's talk about them and see if there are solutions that we can come up with. Maybe you've met a short term goal that you've set to lose 20 pounds or increase your bench press by 10 pounds. I want to know about it! I'll be your coach but I'm also your biggest cheerleader when you're successful.
