I had tried so many things to try to lose weight, and when I didn't see results I got frustrated and quit. I love that Scott is so supportive of my goals! He gives me tools that I can use to lose weight. And in only 3 weeks I've seen results that I know I wouldn't have gotten on my own!! I've always been very self conscious of my weight. And it's great to work with someone that you know isn't judging you, but really trying to help you to achieve your goals. I have been on a lot of "diets" but this nutrition plan/ lifestyle change is perfect. There were a few food choices I had questions about and I was quickly given information on other choices. I started working out with Scott 4 years ago. It began with becoming more consistent in my workout routines and learning the proper lifting techniques. I was excited to see the changes happening. The biggest change for me however was my diet and nutrition. Before I realized it when I go grocery shopping I find myself only circling the outer isles of the store, staying away from the boxed and processed foods. That is when I noticed the biggest changes in how I looked. Scott gave me the confidence to even compete in a figure competition.
